Introduction
BillDoc Keeper helps you store and manage bills, documents, and insurance records on your phone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, where it is stored, and your choices.
Summary
- Your bills and files are stored on your device. We do not operate a cloud server to store your invoices or scanned images.
- Sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication (email/password and optional Google Sign-In).
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). See our Account Deletion page for details.
Information we process
Profile information (optional)
Name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo if you provide them. Stored on your device.
Bills and documents
Information you enter or scan: names, amounts, dates, categories, notes, photos, and PDFs. Stored on your device.
App settings
Theme, language, PIN or biometric lock preferences, and reminder settings. Stored on your device.
Support
If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message.
We do not read your Gmail or other email inboxes.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect location for advertising.
- We do not store your bills on a BillDoc Keeper–operated backend.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising as described in this policy.

Third-party services

Data retention
- Data on your phone remains until you delete it, delete your account, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Android backup: Your device may back up app data to your Google account if backup is enabled in device settings.
- Firebase: Your login exists until you delete your account in the app or contact us.
- Support emails: Kept only as long as needed to help you and for reasonable records.
Security
We use Firebase for sign-in and optional local protections (PIN/biometric). No system is completely secure; protect your device and passwords.
Children
BillDoc Keeper is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. In the app you can edit or delete content, export a backup when deleting your account, and delete your account from Profile.

International users
Your information may be processed by Google/Firebase in countries where they operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
